Brainwave Wallpaper 'At Sunrise'
Brainwave is an ode to the best scientific minds working in the Deco era - they weren’t all building microwaves and atomic bombs. Celebrating beauty, pattern and discovery, Brainwave is available in two colourways – Iridescent and Sunrise – and plots a subtle cosmic geography of stars that fade in and out with different light. One minute they’re most definitely there, and the next they’re gone, like all the best ideas.
Brainwave at Sunrise is a warm diluted orange colour inspired by the ‘Yellow Bedroom’ of a 13th Century manor house which was decorated in the 1970s with soft yellow wallpaper to capture the sunrise light – the room would glow at dawn. There’s not enough yellow wallpaper in the world, it is glorious in East-facing rooms.
